How do you calculate the 94% savings claim on electricity bill?

How do we calculate this savings? This 94% savings figure is calculated by comparing what the average household would pay per year for electricity on the Energy Price Cap (£1067) from 01 July 23 - to what they would pay with a 4kWp solar system with battery. Assuming a household uses 30% of their generation (£360) and exports 70% on a £0.055 rate through the Smart Export Guarantee (£154) yearly savings could equal £514, an up to 48% savings. Adding a battery can increase self consumption up to 80% meaning a household could save £960 + £44 (SEG export) = £1004, up to 94% of their annual electricity bill.
