Free Levelise T&C (leasing)

**Terms and Conditions for Free Levelise System Promotion**

**Promotion Period:**

This sales promotion is valid until 31 August 2024. To qualify, customers must sign their offer by this date.

**Eligibility:**

1. The free Levelise system offer is available exclusively for customers purchasing an Otovo solar PV with battery system or an Otovo battery-only system.

2. Retrofitting of a Levelise system for free is not available to past customers unless they contract for a new battery system or a new solar PV with battery system.

3. Only compatible brands and hardware are eligible for this promotion. Attachment of a Levelise system may require the change of compatible brand and/or hardware of the solar PV and battery system.

**Value and Cash Terms:**

1. The free Levelise system is valued at £599.

2. There is no cash value or cash refund available for the free Levelise system.

**Installation Requirements:**

1. The attachment of a Levelise system is subject to compatibility with the existing solar PV and battery system.

2. If a system or house is not compatible for a Levelise system, no cash value, refund, or discount will be provided.

**Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) Tariff:**

1. Customers without a solar PV system may have limited ability to apply for an export Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) tariff.

2. The savings from selling electricity are dependent on this export tariff and may vary.

**Savings Calculation:**

1. The additional average savings of £300/year are based on the following estimates provided by Levelise:

- Annual household electricity consumption: 3000 kWh

- Solar generation: 4400 kWh

- Battery capacity: 5 kWh

2. Actual savings may vary based on secondary markets and electricity tariffs, which are subject to change.

**General Terms:**

1. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

2. Otovo reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
